School holiday art day

Experience a day filled with creating, learning 3 different painting methods, 1 instructed canvas artwork, and freestyle creation, creating on paper, canvas and pottery. Face-painting basic lesson.  Games will be offered in between activities. 

April school Holidays: Monday 15th and Thursday 18th April 2024

Drop off in Maryland at 9am (we can take children earlier for parents who need to get to work, however Art will commence at 9am.) All canvases, paint, brushes will be supplied. Pick up 4pm, art will finish at 4pm, please note we can continue to mind children if you are working, please discuss this with Vanessa.

Pack a lunch, and snacks, water bottle, and please apply sunscreen to your child. 

Notify Vanessa if your child has any medical needs or allergies. 

Dress child for mess, art apron provided however it is a creating day. 

Spaces are limited, book your child on the day they are attending. Please note this is a family home with a sunroom studio space. We have 4 cats, and 6 chickens. Cats can be put away if needed. Chickens are in a coop in the backyard.

 Appropriate for Children aged 5-11, please enquire if you have an older child interested as older content may be able to be provided. 

Vanessa is a retired degree trained teacher, an artist, specifically a printmaker, painter, and sculptor. She has a passion for creativity and has had many combined exhibitions in Newcastle, mural in a cafe, artworks sold throughout Newcastle.
